In Sukha products we harness the power of nature to soothe, rejuvenate and protect tired, stressed skin.  Our ingredients are all plant based - essential oils and extracts that are chosen for their efficacy in physical healing and/or aromatherapy.

We source our raw ingredients from companies with the highest reputations for quality, purity and ethical business practices.  Wherever possible, we choose organically grown plants and neither our finished products nor our ingredients are tested on animals.

Rosehip originated in Chile.  It is extracted from the seeds of a rose bush which grows wild in the Andes.  This oil is extremely beneficial in tissue regeneration, particularly burns and the treatment of scars.  In skin care it is successfully used to reduce wrinkles and the signs of premature ageing and reducing redness.

Frankincense has a warm woody sweet balsamic spicy fragrance.  It has been used since ancient times especially in religious ceremonies.  In skin care it has properties that make it ideal for mature, wrinkled skin in need of a lift.  It also has properties that help balance oily skin conditions.  On an emotional level it produces feelings of calm and has a soothing effect on the mind.

Evening primrose was first generated for use by the North American Indian medicine men.  They were the first to recognize its enormous potential as a healing agent.  It is rich in fatty acids and affects much of the enzyme activity in the body.  In skin care it is useful for poor skin conditions such as eczema and slow wound healing etc.  It has a profound effect in all cell structures.

Calendula is a native of the Mediterranean region and the whole flower is used for medicinal purposes.  It has amazing wound healing properties and is very useful in treating stubborn wounds, ulcers and bruises etc.  Its wound healing properties are well documented.  In skin care calendula is very useful for dry, sensitive and problem skin.
